Mental Health Matters: A Wellness Workshop

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re offering a Wellness Workshop to explore how we can integrate more well-being into our day. You’ll be co-led by Vanessa Autrey, best-selling Author of The Art of Balancing Burnout, alongside AnnLee, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Founder of Therapy For Her By Her.

This dynamic duo will walk us through a variety of simple practices and mindful activities that will gently draw us back to health and balance in our lives. We encourage notebooks, comfortable attire, and an open heart to learn.

Vanessa Autrey Bio: Vanessa Autrey is passionate about teaching others how to live well. She is a Yogacharya, Wellbeing Advocate, and the international best-selling Author of The Art of Balancing Burnout. She has worked in the health and wellness industry for 15 years, teaching yoga globally, working with women in recovery and spearheading philanthropic campaigns with The Outlier Foundation.

Her work is centered on crafting personalized treatment plans, fostering self-awareness, and equipping clients with tools to tackle life's obstacles.
